چکیده
The numerous components of the venoms various animal species cause an extremely wide range effects and symptoms in recipient’s body. At same time, degree severity pathological changes is determined, general, by type animal, volume method toxin administration, as well characteristic features victim. Changes structural functional parameters wall jejunum under influence viper venom are still poorly understood. Research aimed at identifying new snake toxins, determining their on affected organism using obtained data for production antidotes, thereby eliminating economic losses associated with bites, should be considered relevant. purpose study to establish manifestations damage small intestine conditions action common European adder (Vipera berus berus). experiment was conducted 20 non-linear white male rats. During study, rats were divided into two groups — control experimental. Poisoning modeled intraperitoneal injection ED50 dose 1.576 μg/g research group. Genotyping validates photo‐identification by the head scale pattern in a large population of the European adder (Vipera berus)
Capture-mark-recapture procedures are a basic tool in population studies and require that individual animals are correctly identified throughout their lifetime. A method that has become more and more popular uses photographic records of natural markings, such as pigmentation pattern and scalation configuration. As with any other marking tool, the validity of the photographic identification tech...
